Housing trajectory
A report, prepared by a local planning authority when preparing a Development Plan Document and then for the Annual Monitoring Report, which compares past performance on housing supply in the authority’s area to anticipated and planned-for rates of supply. The report thus identifies any shortfalls or surpluses in the provision of dwellings and how these are to be rectified or used.
